Crispiness is the Key!

Japanese Dumpling

I understand Dumpling is the Chinese Food as the world knows.

But let me say… Japanese really love dumplings. Make and enjoy at home too!

Use minced meat, spring onion, Chinese cabbage (cut, add salt and leave it for a while and squeeze the water from the leaf).

Then add salt & pepper, soy sauce, some sake etc,,,and mix well and wrap by the dumpling flour round sheet that we buy at the market.

Then pan fried at frying pan and enjoy. When we pan fried, we add water with flour. The water gives crispiness and make your dumpling professional one. 😉
