Found very fresh local shrimp from the Seto Inland Sea and cooked Japanese croquette.
Boiled potate, stir fried onion and shrimp the add white sauce (flour, olive oil and milk) and mix everything.
Then make the shape and coated with flour, egg, breadcrumbs and fried!
Very crispy and nice with cold beer! They are really natural friends and best for humid rainy season evening 😉
