Taste of Summer – Grilled Tomato

Beautiful bounty from my family’s small kitchen garden at suburb house.  Cooked my favorite grilled tomato with olive oil which is produced in Japan, local sea salt. I think small tomatoes have strong sweetness and umami flavor and can enjoy it  more significantly when it’s grilled. I add a little bit of balsamic vinegar for finishing when I want to have sourness.  Love eating this as healthy dessert. 😉
