I tried this unique dish recently. The chef cooked this just in front of us on the hot plate. Put three slices of pork and spread the egg on it to make the sheet first. Then put spring onion, kimuchi and noodle and roll them as the picture! Put Okonomiyaki sauce (sweet and spicy sauce, I guess it’s a special local sauce from Hiroshima,West Japan), seaweed powder and sesame. The combination of the flavor from sweet sauce / spicy and sour Kimuchi was just amazing. That’s one of most fav dish among I have ever tried includes fried noodle, pan cake style dish like this!
