Tempura Bowl in Kyoto

Enjoyed this Tempura Bowl (Ten-Don)in Kyoto along Shijo Dori… the place is called ‘Tenshu’. Always there is a long queue and serves Tempura Bowl only for lunch time. (Dinner menu looked course or set menu)  While we are waiting, shop ladies ask our orders and let us inside the restaurant when seats are available. They have English menu so no problem! My bowl is mix bowl and prawn and conger eel anago! Yum!

It looks quite similar to our Pakodas (we do make pakodas with rice flour, gram flour etc.
