Anago, Conger Eel Roll Sushi

Tried conger eel roll sushi. I guess it’s cooked with shoyu, mirin (sweet Japanese wine) and dashi soup stock and sugar. Then grilled at the end by burner before roll the sushi rice. Inside ingredients were egg, cucumber and nori seaweed. Usually anago sushi is prepared with shiso leaf especially hako (box) sushi style. So I enjoyed with the shiso. Yum!
