Taste of Winter, Oyster! 

Cooked deep fried oyster. Online-ordered local fresh oyster from Akitsu town in Hiroshima, west Japan (known as the town of Sake masters) . Very milky and was good with sake and white wine!

    I love oysters however you cook them. Haven’t had a deep-fried one before, but I imagine it’s delicious!

      Thanks for your comment, Andrea! Deep fried oysters are really good and go well with the sauce mixed ketchup and tonkatsu sauce. 😉 Hope you will enjoy it too!
