Tried new tofu recipe! Used tofu refuse called Okara, plain yogurt, cucumber, mayonnaise, salt & pepper. Drain water of yogurt, cut cucumber and sprinkle salt and leave it for a while …then squeeze water of cucumber and mix everything well. That’s all!
We usually enjoy okara cooked with fried vegetables, meat (chicken etc) on a frying pan and season with shoyu, dashi flavor.
But this is really simple and more lighter than potato salad. Maybe we can enjoy it instead of mashed potato too.
