Simple Japanese Dish (Deep-Fried Bean Curd)

Grilled deep fried bean curd until it becomes crispy. Then put some sweet Hatcho Miso paste and cut like the picture. It’s good for sake and beer … also as a simple snack. Enjoy!

    Thanks for stopping by! It’s so easy … hope you will like the dish! In case you don’t get sweet miso paste, you can mix with Hatcho miso, mirin(sweet wine) and sugar with low heat. 😊
