A flavor of my second home – Hainanese Chicken Rice

I cooked one of most popular national dish in Singapore 🇸🇬 Hainanese Chicken Rice. I couldn’t find fresh red chili in Japan so used ginger, garlic and dried chili, vinegar etc … so it’s not authentic but the alternative spicy sauce gave a good kick for my chicken rice!
